His referral back to CPJ and the option dive was interesting.
Nice to see Key trying to mend the relationship with today’s football program and one of our best coaches.
2009 Wake Forest at home. Crowd is rocking! Win and we clinch the division.
OT and wake scores a field goal on their possession. We get the ball and face 4th and 1 inside the 10 yard line. We are 0 for 4 on 4th downs in the game so far.
PJ can kick a field goal and live to get another shot...
I wish I wasn’t traveling today so I could be there. I haven’t been to a game since we played UNC last year.
I know my desire to attend games has greatly increased since we fired that guy and Brent Key started winning.
This show with Brent Key is so much better than it was with the last guy. Coach Key talks so much more specifics on how to improve and what went well and what didn’t. It’s almost like he knows what he is talking about…
I really hope Brent Key keeps winning and it works out for us and him.
@Buzzbomb
I’m glad you’re going to go to the game, and I hope you have a lot of fun.
GT football needs Yellow Jacket fans in the seats no matter how they got their ticket.
I’ll say that last year while I liked the some of the new energy around the program, I wasn’t a fan of Collins and his game day coaching. His press conference especially annoyed the piss out of me as it was all about culture and transition and little about X&O football (which is 180 from CPJ)...
Stadium looks better than it ever has since I’ve been a fan (‘04). Am I crazy, or did they paint the aisles on the upper stands gold? Looks sharp from the arial view.
I wasn’t crazy about the two different color end zone, but they look very good from this view. Proud of GT for being strategic...
