As an non-NFL viewer, how is this the case? Are NFL games not all already broadcast? CFB is already played every day of the week except Sunday, and I don't see why games wouldn't start getting played on Sundays if the NFL is going to vacate some of those spots for other days of the week.

The state of North Carolina generates over a billion dollars every year from the ACC's existence and holding events in the state, they do not want that to go away. If UNC/NC State/Duke leave and go to another conference, that conference is not going to move their championships to NC.

Poor sightlines from the concourses exist in a lot of stadiums, even brand new ones, and its usually solved with TVs. If I go to Truist Park or Mercedes Benz, unless you are standing right at the railing of the concourse with no one in your way, you aren't going to be able to see anything going...

Food amenities, bathrooms, and individual seating/seatbacks instead of bleachers seem to be the main things people want upgraded at BDS. Sight lines are great in nearly every seat in the stadium, and not sure what change would be needed to the concourses or for gathering areas.

Agreed, never heard anyone claim that. The closest claim I've heard is that the Big 12 is a more stable conference, which is true because nobody wants any of the teams in the Big 12 anymore whereas the ACC has teams that are viewed as valuable and some of those teams are fighting to leave.

That sure is a lot of assumptions about another person's finances and budgeting choices.

I wouldn't, but I would expect WPI graduates to say the same.

Link to said data? I have other teams I pull for like Auburn, Tennessee, and Florida, but their importance to me is waaaaaay less than Tech, and if Tech stopped playing I would not keep watching just to see those teams.
